A real company, a real board-level decision, and one recommendation to defend — judged by practitioner faculty, run at national scale. Organised by New London School.
This year's case is built on a live story from the headlines — not a textbook. A high-growth company is at a defining moment: its board wants to know where AI creates real value, and whether the valuation it is being priced at actually holds up. Your team advises the board.
We reveal the company and the full question on 1 October. Register your interest to be ready from day one.
“One case, one team, one recommendation — built to survive the boardroom.”
Prioritise the company's AI roadmap and set the guardrails it needs to scale responsibly.
Value the company via comps and a DCF, then structure and price its next capital-markets move.
Design the company's next AI product, or pitch the startup built to attack it.
Teams submit one write-up through one lens, built around a single recommendation.
Two rounds, one case, four dates worth knowing.
A short webinar walks through the full brief; teams get the complete case pack straight after and start work the same day.
One write-up, one lens — consulting, banking or venture — built around a single recommendation.
Every entry is scored by practitioner faculty and the organising committee against a shared rubric. The best 35 teams are announced on 1 November.
Finalists present through the day in heats; the shortlist meets a grand-jury panel for the final result. In person, venue to be confirmed.
Worth £2,000 per seat.
