Not career advisers. Not generic coaches. Meet operators, investors and senior professionals who have built companies, managed capital, evaluated candidates and hired young talent. Ask them the questions you cannot ask at a large careers fair.

A short message from Asan on what students can do now to enter internship and graduate application season with more clarity, stronger industry knowledge and a better network.
Limited to 30 students. Your place is confirmed after payment.
Many students begin preparing for spring weeks, internships and graduate roles during the summer and early autumn. The students who understand the industry, know what employers look for and start building relationships early enter application season with a meaningful advantage.
Understand the major finance career paths before choosing where to apply.
Learn what strong candidates do differently — and how practitioners evaluate them.
Build relationships with practitioners and ambitious peers early.
Do not wait until an application deadline to start understanding the industry.
University can teach you finance theory. But it rarely tells you what the jobs actually feel like, how employers assess candidates, what strong applications look like, or how to build a useful network before you need one.
Investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting, fintech and startups all offer very different careers.
Grades matter, but so do motivation, commercial awareness, preparation and how clearly you communicate.
Get honest answers to the questions that are difficult to ask at university careers fairs or large employer events.
Start building industry knowledge, interview stories and professional relationships before applications open.
The Sprint is designed to help you answer these questions before you start applying.
Leave with a clearer view of which finance career paths match your strengths and interests.
Learn how practitioners assess candidates and what makes someone stand out beyond grades.
Build stronger examples and talking points for CVs, applications and interviews.
Get honest answers about careers, recruitment, culture and day-to-day work.
Meet practitioners and ambitious students from LSE, Leeds, Bayes and other UK universities.
Leave with concrete next steps for applications, networking and skill-building.
This is not a degree or accredited qualification. A certificate of participation is included, but the real outcome is clarity, preparation and a network you can carry into application season.
You do not need to study finance. You do need to be curious, ambitious and ready to participate.
This is a working Sprint, not a large conference. You will be expected to ask questions, contribute ideas and participate actively.
Two intensive days designed to give you the industry understanding, career clarity and professional relationships that can take much longer to build through university alone.
The Sprint will be hosted at Brighteye Ventures, Europe's leading edtech-focused VC, at 6–7 Colville Mews, London W11 2DA.
The venue is in Notting Hill, with convenient access from central London.

At large careers fairs, students often hear polished presentations but struggle to ask personal questions or build meaningful relationships. We intentionally limit the Sprint to 30 students so you can participate, ask questions and be remembered.
This Sprint is designed as a working session, not a conference. Every student is expected to contribute, ask questions and build relationships with practitioners and peers.
Spend two days understanding finance careers, learning what employers look for and building your network before internship and graduate applications open.
